Paris Hilton Looks Swell
Paris Hilton tweeted this overdeveloped photo of herself in a bikini today.
It seems Paris is an even bigger star now than in her 2006 heyday.

Paris Hilton was bitch-slapped by the long arm of the law yesterday -- after cops say the heiress was trying to pass several cars on Santa Monica Blvd. by using the bike lane.
Paris was pulled over Tuesday afternoon when L.A. County sheriff's deputies claim they observed Hilton's black SUV entering the bike lane in an attempt to get around slower cars on the road.
Hilton was cited for "unsafe passing" -- and sent along her merry way.

The people behind "The Hills" are being sued for allegedly trashing the hell out of a rental home where they taped the show -- all because of a nasty war between Doug Reinhardt and his landlord.
It all began when Reinhardt -- Paris Hilton's boyfriend -- sued his landlord back in September, claiming the guy stiffed him out of $21k from a security deposit Doug put down on a Hollywood Hills home featured on the MTV reality show.
But now, the landlord is firing back claiming Reinhardt broke his contract when he let MTV shoot "The Hills" inside the home without permission. The landlord also claims Reinhardt and MTV caused "substantial physical and other damage" to the home when taping the show.
The landlord is going after Doug, MTV and Viacom for damaging the home and invading his privacy -- plus he's accusing MTV of trespassing. He's asking for unspecified damages and attorney's fees.
Doug's rep tells us he has photographic evidence proving he didn't trash the house ... and there was "no prohibitions to filming" in his contract. The rep said the lawsuit was filed without merit.

Not to make a federal case over Paris Hilton -- but someone just did.
Lionsgate Television -- which produces the MTV show "Paris Hilton's My New BFF" -- is suing two men and their Dubai company for allegedly bailing out on production of the series in that city.
The federal suit, filed yesterday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, claims that Uniqon Emirates, LLC did not come up with more than $4.7 million to produce the show.
In the lawsuit, Lionsgate claims it had a written agreement with Uniqon to co-produce and distribute the show in the Middle East.
The show was taped last summer in Dubai, but has not aired yet.
Lionsgate is suing for breach of contract and more than $8 million in compensatory damages.
Again, this is all over a Paris Hilton reality show?

A temporary restraining order has been filed against Paris Hilton ... but it would take a government-trained handwriting analyst to figure out what the hell it's about.
A guy by the name of Ramiro (or Ramoro) Benitez filed for the TRO on Wednesday, claiming Paris has threatened him both physically and financially and Benitez appears to mention "numerous sexual assaults."
Beyond that, we can't piece together enough of the handwritten TRO to figure out what exactly Paris is accused of doing. The TRO was denied, pending a hearing next month.
No immediate comment from Paris.

It's been a while since the formerly conjoined BFFs have been seen together -- but yesterday in L.A., Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie reunited in honor of their friend Casey Johnson.
The two, as well as Brandon Davis and Bijou Phillips, met up for a private memorial for the Johnson & Johnson heiress at Nicky Hilton's home.
Paris tweeted about the gathering later saying "We celebrated her life, we all miss and love her so much."

Paris Hilton wants people to take a walk in her shoes for once ... but it could cost her in court -- a New York shoe company says the heiress' new line of footwear is a complete rip off.

According to docs filed last week in Seattle, a company called Gwyneth Shoes is suing Paris over part of her new shoe design -- a heart-shaped pad on the insole -- claiming the idea was theirs first.
Gwyneth Shoes claims they filed to patent the heart cushion idea back in 2007 -- months before Paris' shoes launched in February 2008.
Gwyneth Shoes is suing for trademark and patent infringement ... and get this: they want Paris to hand over every last one of the allegedly infringing shoes -- which probably number in the thousands.

Nicky Hilton's stolen laptop will not result in another "leaked" Hilton sex tape -- sources close to the heiress tell us the missing computer was 100% scandal free.
As we first reported, burglars hit Nicky's Hollywood Hills home Tuesday and made off with a computer and an expensive Lalique crystal.
But we're told Nicky only used the computer that was taken for business -- not pleasure -- and there's nothing stored on the machine that could get her in trouble... like naked pictures, secret diaries, evil plots to take over the world, etc.
As for the Lalique crystal -- we're told it's worth "a few thousand dollars" and Nicky should be able to replace it.
Sources also tell us Nicky is extremely grateful for her gardeners -- who noticed something was wrong and called police.
We're told the gardeners not only scared the perps off -- but they stayed at the house to finish their job while cops checked out the scene. That's dedication.

Nicky Hilton -- Paris Hilton's little sister -- has told cops burglars have taken her laptop and wildly expensive Lalique crystal.
Cops are still on scene. Detectives are getting clipboards out of their trunks and going inside the house.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the LAPD is responding to a possible burglary at Nicky Hilton's home in the Hollywood Hills.
Nicky's big sis Paris Hilton knows a thing or two about burglary -- she was allegedly hit by the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch to the tune of around $2 million.
We're told someone working at Nicky's residence noticed something was wrong and alerted the authorities.

Paris Hilton's 15-year-old little brother only has a learner's permit -- but he's already the king of the road ... ballin' around town in a $200,000 Bentley.
With his father Rick in the passenger seat, Conrad Hughes Hilton (named after his hotel-founding great-grandfather), kept his eyes on the road as he left Wolfgang's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills last night.
But here's the million dollar question -- even if you were super-loaded, would you let a 15-year-old drive your Bentley?!!?!

The Hollywood Hills neighbors of Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt have become so upset with their antics, they've actually staged an intervention -- but it's all for nothing ... 'cause Paris and Doug are packing up and moving out!
Sources tell TMZ the couple's neighbors reached out to Paris and Doug through their reps to voice their displeasure about the couple's late night partying. But it was already too late ...
By the time they made the calls, Doug had already made up his mind that he was leaving town anyway.
We're told P and D plan on movin' out very, very soon -- no word on where they plan to go next.

Paris Hilton has lived with BF Doug Reinhardt a grand total of five months, and already the LAPD, the L.A. City Attorney and the L.A. City Council have gotten involved in her very noisy life.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the LAPD has received numerous noise complaints against Paris and Doug and cops are fed up. We're told from now on when anyone at the house breaks the law, there will be "tickets or arrests."
Neighbors -- one of whom calls Paris "a monster" -- have called their city councilman complaining about the way Paris disrupts the neighborhood with noise, out-of-control parties and fighting. The councilman contacted the City Attorney's office who is now dealing with the neighborhood complaints.
One member of the local patrol tells TMZ he's all too familiar with Paris etiquette. He was called out to her old neighborhood for the same problems.
We're told cops went to the Paris/Doug homestead yesterday to have a sit down with the boisterous couple, but they weren't there -- or, they were hiding.
