Sam Lutfi was by Britney Spears' side during her crazy heyday (coincidence?) but insists Britney was just "expressing her independence and her freedom" when she did things like shave her head.

Lutfi described the incident as "cool" but admits he "doesn't know what she was thinking at the time." In his defense, neither did anyone else.
Reminder: The conservatorship for Britney Spears was granted a three-year restraining order against Lutfi on her behalf back in April 2009. So consider the source.

Dennis Hopper's wife swiped a whole junkyard worth of crap out of the actor's home since their epic divorce saga began -- this according to hilarious divorce docs filed today in L.A. Superior Court.

Victoria Hopper's lawyer fired off a letter to Dennis' lawyer on March 8 -- informing him his client's estranged wife had entered his home and taken several items she claims were hers ... including a laundry basket, some children's toys, a wastebasket, a cotton ball holder, an alarm clock, some towels, a magazine rack, toothbrushes, a coffee cup ... and chip clips.
According to Dennis' lawyer -- who called the whole thing "extremely confusing" -- Victoria "effectively looted" Dennis' house twice to remove these items, which include "more junk than can be imagined."
Victoria may be able steal back her little trinkets -- but according to the prenup, Dennis is keeping his fortune.

The ex-girlfriend of Dr. Drew Pinsky's alleged stalker obtained a restraining order against the guy in 2007 -- and in the docs, she claims he threatened her life by saying, "I have guns and I'm not afraid to use them."

In the documents, filed in L.A County Superior Court, Sandra Obagi says she dated and lived with Charles Pearson for over five years.
Obagi claims Charles went off the deep end around the time they broke up in 2005, and started making harassing phone calls to her, her family and her coworkers. In the docs, Obagi says Charles' mother told her that her son's "mental state is quickly deteriorating."
Obagi also claims Charles "made obscene & outrageous threats and claims directed at my family, and wants my family to 'get me in order' or he will 'take care of everyone.'"
TMZ spoke with Obagi, who said Charles started hearing and seeing things during the last six months of their relationship -- and that he believed Dr. Drew and the FBI were tracking him.
In the docs, it says Charles is supposed to stay 300 yards away from Obagi and her family until 2012.

"NYPD Blue" star Gail O'Grady won a permanent restraining order against a man she claims stalked her and her five-year-old son, but not before the man went ballistic inside the courtroom.
Steven Church was in court this morning for the hearing, when things weren't going his way. O'Grady wasn't present, but her P.I., Scott Ross -- who tailed Church during the investigation -- was too much for Church to take. He stormed out of the courtroom, then stormed back in.
Church apparently made all the wrong moves because Judge Carol Boas Goodson granted the stay away order.
During the hearing Church admitted sending more than 400 text messages to O'Grady.

The judge's order prohibiting Courtney Love from having contact with her daughter -- Frances Bean Cobain -- has just been extended ... and the clock is now ticking on their relationship.
The judge had stripped Courtney of legal control of her daughter back in December. The judge also issued a restraining order. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the restraining order has now been extended to April 9.
Fact is -- Frances Bean turns 18 in August. At that point, it's up to her ... not a judge ... to decide what relationship she wants to have with her mother.
For now, Frances Bean's guardians are Wendy O'Connor (Kurt Cobain's mom), and Kimberly Dawn Cobain (Kurt's sister).

Kim Kardashian was a winner in court today -- turning a temporary restraining order against an alleged stalker into a permanent one.
Kim -- who's in Miami for the Super Bowl with Reggie Bush -- claimed a guy named Dennis Shaun Bowman was, among other things, showing up at her appearances in the L.A. area acting bizarrely, sometimes wearing Joker face paint. She claimed he was stalking her and threatening Reggie Bush.
Neither Kardashian nor Bowman showed up to court. The restraining order is in effect until 2013.

A former DJ for the band Incubus has been ordered to get rid of any guns he may have, stat -- after allegedly threatening to kill the guy who replaced him in the band.

The new DJ -- Chris Kilmore (right) -- was just granted a 3-year restraining order against the old DJ -- Gavin Koppel (left) -- in the wake of an alleged threat at an L.A. store in December.
In the legal documents, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the judge also ordered Koppel to "turn in or sell guns or firearms, if any, to a licensed gun dealer or turn in to police." Koppel had 48 hours to fork over the weaponry.
Koppel is required to stay at least 100 yards away from Kilmore and Kilmore's GF. Koppel also isn't allowed to contact the two of them in any way, shape or form -- including phone calls or emails.

"NYPD Blue" star Gail O'Grady has obtained a temporary restraining order against a man she claims has been stalking her -- and her 5-year-old son.
In court documents filed today in L.A. County Superior Court by attorneys Mark Geragos and Tamar Arminak -- O'Grady claims a man named Steven Church has been scaring the hell out of her by repeatedly showing up to a store she owns and her son's school.
According to the docs, O'Grady claims Church first approached her in September 2009 -- claiming they worked together on the show "Boston Legal." O'Grady claims he approached her with a business idea -- but clearly wanted more.
But when O'Grady refused his alleged advances, she claims Church began sending "in excess of 30 phone calls and 70 text messages in any given day."
O'Grady also claims Church wanted to pick her kid up from school -- and when she told him no, his behavior became "hostile and erratic."
O'Grady claims from that point on, Church began leaving gifts at her house for her son and visiting a store she owns and harassing employees.
But today, with the help of private investigator Scott Ross, O'Grady obtained a TRO -- which means Church has to stay 100 yards away from O'Grady and her son.
The next hearing is set for February 18 -- when O'Grady hopes to make the restraining order permanent.

Kim Kardashian's boyfriend, Reggie Bush, is so worried about a fan who allegedly has made it his life's mission to hook up with Kim, he's hired a phalanx of bodyguards to protect her.

The New Orleans Saints star, we're told, has hired six bodyguards to accompany Kim everywhere she goes.
Kim got a restraining order earlier in the week against Dennis Shaun Bowman, who she says moved from Georgia to L.A. to be with her, even though she's never met him. According to legal docs, Bowman has shown up to Kim's appearances in Joker face paint and has even threatened Bush.
The restraining order requires Bowman to stay 500 yards clear of Kim.

Kim Kardashian says she has a crazed stalker who has been following her ... and she believes he's an immediate threat to her -- this according to a restraining order obtained by TMZ.

Kim says Dennis Shaun Bowman started by tweeting her last September, telling her how much he loved her.
According to the docs, filed by attorney Jeremiah Reynolds, Bowman then moved from Georgia to Calabasas, California -- where Kim lives -- to get closer to her.
In the ensuing months, Kim claims Bowman started showing up at Kim's appearances in the L.A. area acting bizarrely, sometimes wearing joker face paint.
At one point Bowman tweeted Kim, asking her not to be angry at him for missing a phantom dinner date they were supposed to have in Atlanta.
Bowman believes he's in a love relationship with Kim, according to the docs.
Things got really scary when Bowman started tweeting Kim's boyfriend, Reggie Bush, challenging him to a fight.
And, according to the docs, LAPD's Threat Management unit advised Kim the threat was serious enough that she should get a restraining order.
Under the order, Bowman must stay 500 yards away from Kim Kardashian and have no contact with Kim.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller will move back in together -- if the Aspen judge loosens the restrictions on the protective order at the hearing on Friday ... sources tell TMZ.

We're told Charlie is currently living in a friend's guest house in L.A. -- Brooke is with the kids in the family home in L.A. They both want to resume marital life, stat.
Sources tell us Brooke is cooperating with authorities in the domestic violence investigation -- but we're told she would personally prefer that the case be dropped altogether.
Brooke's attitude could be a factor in the prosecutor's decision on whether to pursue the case against Sheen. There were only 2 people in the room during the Christmas Day incident in Aspen, Colorado -- and when the only witness doesn't want to be there, it's often a problem.

Ryan Seacrest's alleged stalker has been ordered to stand trial for his alleged menacing actions toward the "American Idol" host.
25-year-old Chidi Uzomah allegedly violated a restraining order -- by showing up to Seacrest's workplace with a knife in his pocket last year.
Uzomah was charged with felony stalking and disobeying two court orders -- both misdemeanors.
He's due back in court on Feb 2.

The DJ for the band Incubus claims the old DJ he replaced in the group is bitter and out for revenge -- and according to legal papers, the ex-member wants to rumble.

According to court documents filed last week in L.A. County Superior Court, the current DJ Chris Kilmore (left) claims the old DJ Gavin Koppel (right) threatened to kill him last month -- over an incident that went down in 2003.
Kilmore -- who replaced Koppel in 1998 -- had previously obtained a restraining order against Koppel in 2003 after Koppel allegedly spit in his face.
But now, a judge has granted a new restraining order against Koppel, after Kilmore alleged that the old DJ approached him at a store on December 28, 2009 and said, "You will get killed if you don't lift that order ... people get killed in the street for that."
Kilmore also claims Koppel, "asked me to fight him right there and raised his fists to me."
According to the document, Koppel has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards from Kilmore and his girlfriend.

Barry Williams -- "The Brady Bunch" star who wanted a restraining order against his ex -- wined, dined and seduced her, according to ex-GF Elizabeth Kennedy. Now, Kennedy says, Williams is just a whiner.

In papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Kennedy denies ever threatening to kill Williams or herself -- in fact, she says she was not a threat whatsoever.
So why, you ask, would Williams make such a claim? Kennedy says it's sour grapes because Williams is pissed because she's hired a lawyer to file a palimony suit against him.
Williams claims Kennedy pulled a knife on him and threatened suicide after losing a beauty contest. She denies it.
Today both parties were supposed to show for a hearing on the restraining order, but it appears a deal may have been struck because neither party showed and the case was dismissed.

Prosecutors in Aspen must not be "Two and a Half Men" fans -- they want the restraining prohibiting Charlie Sheen from having contact with Brooke Mueller to stay put.

Prosecutor Arnold Mordkin filed a motion in Aspen yesterday opposing dismissal of the protection order. Both Charlie and Brooke want the order 86'd.
A judge will decide on Monday.
As we first reported, the struggling couple wants to reconcile.
